The annual Fundraising Auction was held on Saturday 13th April 2019 at Halcombe Tavern and was a fantastic success! A MASSIVE "THANK YOU" to everyone that supported the Auction Night. A fabulous evening was had by all, and just on $17,000 was raised!!
Thank you to Robbie and Sandra for hosting it at the Tavern, and to Dan Flanagan, Chris Hansen and Paul Turner for being the Auctioneers. Thank you to all the businesses and individuals who donated items and everyone who came along and helped make it such a success. What a fabulous community we live in! |
Proceeds from the Auction are split between the Halcombe Volunteer Fire Brigade Stair Challenge (for Leukaemia and Blood Cancer) and the Halcombe Community Fund.
The Halcombe Community Fund (HCF) is a community initiative set up to provide grants to individuals and/or groups within our community who are doing community projects, representing the community or experiencing extreme hardship or challenges.
